Eat Denver recently released their 2020 Dining Deck that has 50+ restaurant specials throughout the Denver metro area. We sit down with Katie to talk about all things Colorado food scene. From her humble beginnings interning for 5280 to now running a wonderful non-profit that helps independent & locally owned restaurants. Between the real talk there are tangents galore of boarding school, Christmas movies, Ohio, and Feugo Margs.
