Bryant's company came to fruition when he started working with Stanley Marketplace to help develop their vision and story when they started out... From there, he has gone on to work with more food union's and we get to know all about it-including their next project! We learned of his back story and how he got to CO, we dove into some of his favorite places around town and things to do when he's not working (rare)... and then we talk about how he scored a 1600 on his SAT.
