Today Mike gets another chance to talk with Tammy Kovaluk. Tammy is the founder and Race director at Rise Challenge events.  Last year Mike traveled down twice to run her OCR events in Bend Oregon.    Mike and Tammy recap the first half of the 2021 race season for Rise Events.   These races are not your normal run around, climb walls, and get muddy events.  They have live fire, breach and secure, and axe Throwing along with the walls and more.
