This month Brother Boggs sits down with Shannon Abraham to talk about her adventure into sobriety.  She's a paramedic that's had to overcome the effects of PTSD while serving her community and growing as a Sober Spartan.  Shannon tells her story of  how she got sober and where Spartan Race came in and how she met Amanda Kelley. Shannon started the non-profit No 911 Left Behind to help with the PTSD/Mental health awareness in the field of first responders.
