First and foremost, can you like this episode on whatever platform you are using/seeing this? Facebook especially has gone to the wolves with politics and pandemics.  We need to see something uplifting.  Ken's Story is one of the things that's uplifting. Ken and Lisa talk about his journey into OCR, how weight gain and Pokemon lead to an accident that changed his life starting him on the Spartan courses.  He started out with an SGX coach and then joined Mud Sweat Tears gym that also joins him on the course.   For 2020 Ken and his roommate had planned 9 Trifectas, bought all the flights, booked the hotels/AirBnB, and then, Covid shut down the world.   So, makin lemonade out of lemons, Ken decided 2020 would be a great year to run the Jersey Shore, the entire Jersey Shore.  Have a listen to the episode to hear about how he is doing this.
