Let me set a scene for you: It was a little while back, Spartan and everyone was gearing up for the 2020 race season.  BeastNet invited Ashley Heller on the show(Episode 174) to talk about what looked to be a big season for her. Hammer and her had a great conversation about expectations and aspirations.   And then, COVID19 shuts down the whole world.  No Spartans, no Gyms, no OCRs. Even with all that Ashley continued training and working towards better health since there were no races.  Mike and Ashley talk about that, home gyms and more.   If you follow us on FaceBook you saw a couple weeks ago a pretty gruesome photo from a hit and run that sent Ashley to the hospital.  Mike and Ashley discuss the accident and the feelings involved.   But, even being run down by a car can't slow Ashley down, she's a survivor, after a little healing shes back in action.  Listen to her story today.
