Along with StLouis Post Dispatch Columnist, Bill Mcclelland and old friend Attorney Forriss Elliott Sr., who added some historical perspective, on past efforts to discuss merging StLouis City, into St. Louis County and racial obstacles, that prevented those discussions from advancing. ——— Attor
