  • ARP 056 Depression Tips To Deflate the Internal Little Hater

    08/09/2016 Duración: 08min

Just want to put that out there because not everybody gets depression the same way and there are different treatments. This is not a show about treating conditions like biochemical depression or some forms of PTSD. For those conditions you will need the support of medical professionals. This show is more focused on the voice in many people's heads that is hyper-critical. There are some organic, mechanical and mental skills that can help to shut the hater up. It is more about building a toolkit of resources when the voice is obnoxious. It is about deflating that power to attack you at a vulnerable point.
