As believers, we love to call Jesus the Savior of our lives, and He is. But, He also has another title, which the Bible emphasizes more than Savior. Jesus made Himself Savior, but we have to make Him Lord of our lives. As a church, we have to ask ourselves, "Are we infectious?" Is our relationship with Christ evident, and is it contagious? Jesus tells us in Luke that we are to occupy until He returns, and to do that, we must be infectious disciples. He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. What are you magnifying? It’s really easy in these days to focus on what the world says rather than on who God is. We have to make the conscious decision to magnify God, rather than magnify the problem.
