Many are mystified by the world medical profession's easy acceptance of euthanasia, but contributor Shafer Parker reveals that after redefining death to mean not death for the sake of viable organ transplants, moving on to euthanasia was easy.

Critics of the Bible often attack the first eleven chapters of Genesis. But D. A. Carson, channeling Francis Schaeffer, finds that some portions of chapters 1-11 are essential "for the rest of the Bible to be coherent and true." Now, FBB contributor Shafer Parker suggests that if we're going to accept Carson's argument, there is no logical reason not to believe the entire passage is the Word of God.

A group in the Netherlands called Cooperative Last Will is campaigning to completely decriminalize euthanasia and assisted suicide. Christians view the rise of totalitarianism in Canada and around the world with understandable concern. But FBB blogger Shafer Parker argues that our concern should drive us to a deeper trust in God.
