Two Friends Watch

This week we struggle to find any massive problems with a classic movie. Although this was choosen as a bit of a tribute to Robin Williams, it's an all round great movie with fantastic actors and story. 41 mins

A favourite of Andrews, this movie has a interesting plot, a great script and some acting heros in their earlier years. A story of the rise and fall of King Arthur based on the 15th century Arthurian work by Sir Thomas Malory. 48 mins

A timeless classic of odd comedy and great music. This could be considered one of Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi's defining career moments. 45 mins.

An odd movie that goes to some very dark places. While we can enjoy odd and disturbing movies this didn't do anything for us. 30 mins

One of Will Smith's better movies in the last several years. Hancock is a prime example of what happens when you run out of plot half way through your movie. 37 mins

A movie that was a fairly big sucess with both critics and the general public, H.G. Wells's book has been adapted before for the big screen. This time Tom Cruise leads the way with (in my opinion) two of the most annoying child roles in cinema history. 46 mins

A Coen brothers classic that has an incredible cast and soundtrack. Three convicts escape a chain gang and must go on an adventure to find a lost treasure. 40 mins

A movie that is said to be the inspiration for a generation of financial business men and women. Although very interesting it can be a little heavy handed with the business jargon at times but is otherwise very well done. 50 mins

The movie that shot Kevin Smith into cinema success. An odd but loveable film that is an incredable piece of work for the tiny budget it was working with. 38 mins.

A film that many compare to The Hunger Games. A graphically intense film with excellent acting, choreographing and cinematography. In its own odd way this movie is very enjoyable throughout. 42 mins (apologies for the late upload).

A perfect example of a B-movie with some interesting cast. A movie perfectly good to use as background noise or to fall to sleep to. 31 mins

In only a short 32 year of life, Bruce Lee achived more than most. An enjoyable movie thats a little off with it's facts. Occasionally it tries a little too hard to make everything in his life one action filled adventure after another. 41 mins

A fun movie and one of the first of it's kind. A live action and animation mix that has a interesting twisting story to it. It is a true tribute to the vast acting range of Bob Hoskins. 37 mins

An odd but perhaps enjoyable movie depending on who you are. Andrew and I yet again can not agree on this movie. A host of complex plots and sub-plots finishing with an odd (to say the least) ending. Is this movie a well disguised gem?  

Based off of the phase one marvel movies, The Avengers is a well balanced and thoroughly enjoyable movie. We are both looking forward to that sequel. 44 mins.

This week we look at our second Swayze film Red Dawn. A film that could easily be called plotless. 40mins

A movie thats been nominated for 5 Razzies couldn't be good....could it? A classic cheesy 80's movie with some great moments. 42 mins.

A very violent prohibition era movie with some poor sub-plots and terrible audio editing. The main story is fairly well done though with a few laughs and some interesting characters.48 mins.

A wonderfully violent movie that has spun-off sequals, cartoons, comics and a recent reboot. 54 mins long.

A very gentle movie about an old New Zealand man making his way to the Speed Week event in the US to break records before he breaks himself. An enjoyable movie that I'll definitely watch again in the future. 42 mins long.
