Psalm 73. Asaph’s psalm gives us five steps to recovering a firm grip on our faith.

1 Corinthians 11 – The Lord’s Supper is a rich feast to be enjoyed by God’s people.

Romans 8:1-17 – We must kill sin, or it will kill us.

1 Corinthians 10:14-22 – The Lord’s Supper is a participation in the body and blood of Jesus our Saviour.

Romans 7.7-25. God’s good law shows us our sin and points us to Christ.

Acts 18:8 – We only administer baptism to those who have a credible profession of faith.

Romans 7:1-6 – Christians are free from the law in order that they might bear fruit for God.

Galatians 3 – Our view of baptism matters.

Romans 6:15-23 – Either you are a slave to sin or a slave to God. Christians must offer themselves as slaves to God for righteousness.

Deuteronomy 4:2 – We’ve been given two sacraments. God’s given us what we need.

Galatians 4:8-9 – As those known by God, Christians should flee from the false gods they used to serve.

Matthew 28:19-20 – The sacraments are a benefit to the people of God.

Romans 6:1-14 – The Christian’s relationship with sin has changed, and so their behaviour changes.

Genesis 3 – Sin brings death, but Jesus brings life.

Numbers 21 – The sacraments actually do something for those who have faith in Christ.

Luke 8:18 – To profit from the Word of God, we must consider carefully how we listen.

Proverbs 13-16 – Wise correction, counel and company lead to life.

Luke 24 – The Holy Spirit makes the Word of God effectual unto salvation.

Proverbs 10-12 – We need wisdom. Proverbs is the place to find it.

Acts 2:42-47 – The ordinary means of grace are the extraordinary means God uses to save and build up His people.
