It’s been raining in LA recently, and the gloomy weather has Patrick and Mark reaching for some favorite games to pass the time. From classic 16-bit RPG’s to Game Boy adventures, the guys discuss some cozy games perfect for playing when Mom says you can’t go outside and play.

WarioWare back from the dead! Undertale! South Park! Smash Bros. for Switch!!! Nintendo dropped a Nintendo Direct last week, and Patrick and Mark can’t believe it!

Patrick and Mark definitively rank the dungeons in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time! From Inside Jabu-Jabu’s Belly to the much-maligned Water Temple, the guys hash out just what it is that makes or breaks the dungeons in one of the greatest games of all time. It’s the definitive list to end all definitive lists! (Please note: there will be more definitive rankings in the future).

This week, Patrick’s been playing Fear Effect Sedna, a new isometric stealth action game from Square-Enix, and Mark’s been snoozing his way through the Kirby Star Allies demo. Plus, My Nintendo Gold Coins finally have some use on Switch, and more!

Patrick and Mark are joined by tabletop RPG designer Richie Root to determine the best Super Smash Bros. fighter of all time! It’ll take more than mere moxie to make it to the top.

Happy Pokemon Day! Patrick and Mark are celebrating by playing Luigi’s Balloon World and speculating on the new Smash Brothers (which is totally coming out this year). Plus, Fe, Ocarina of Time 3D, and Part Time UFO!

This week, Patrick and Mark discuss Bayonetta 2, the fan favorite butt-kicking action game now on Switch. It’s been a couple years since either of your hosts played a Bayonetta game, and the world’s a totally different place now. Is this a title that’s better for the increased exposure, or is this one orphan that should have stayed on the Wii U?

Plus, Tokyo RPG Factory’s new game Lost Sphear is coming out, and the guys discuss what they want out of a throwback title. (Hint: maybe it’s not menu-based combat… but maybe it is?)

Last week’s Nintendo Direct Mini had some exciting announcements, but there’s still so much about Nintendo’s plans for 2018 that Patrick and Mark want to know. From the Switch’s still mysterious online service, to new IP’s from Nintendo’s top tier developers, and even the undying Nintendo 3DS, the guys try to hash out the mystery that is Nintendo’s 2018.
