Kelly Cheng is a beach volleyball player with Team USA. She and her partner, Sara Hughes, won the gold medal at the 2023 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships, establishing them as medal contenders for the 2024 Paris Olympics. Cheng competed in the 2020-21 Tokyo Games with Sarah Sponcil, finishing in ninth place. Though they’ve spent time with other partners, Cheng and Hughes have a long, winning history together. They claimed the bronze medal at the 2013 U19 World Championships, silver at the 2014 U21 World Championships, and back-to-back NCAA championships in 2016 and 2017 in college at USC. Cheng was named the AVP Tour’s Most Valuable Player in 2022, and the tour’s Best Offensive Player in 2022 and 2023. James Winchester is the long snapper with the Kansas City Chiefs. He was undrafted in 2013 after playing his college football at the University of Oklahoma. He was signed by the Chiefs in 2015 and has been their long snapper since. Scott Nagy was named the head men’s basketball coach at Southern Illinois on March 28, 2024. He began his coaching career in the late 1980’s with Illinois before becoming a head coach in 1995 at South Dakota State. After 11 years, he moved to Wright State, where he coached from 2016-2024. Juwan Johnson is a tight end with the New Orleans Saints. He was undrafted coming out of college after spending 4 seasons with Penn State and his senior year at Oregon. He signed with the Saints in 2020 and has become an integral part of New Orleans' offense. In 2022, he had 42 receptions for 508 yards and 7 touchdowns. In 2023, he had 37 receptions and 4 touchdowns.
