This one-and-done, single-season CBS disaster proves yet again that even a perfectly grumpy TV dad can’t lift a poorly executed farce out of the muck. We talk about sitcom plot contrivances, the discomfort hearing the term “vicious dwarf” causes, missing the point when you adapt another show, how much weed is too much, the delicate timing of farce, and why beautiful TV women inexplicably date men with nothing to offer. This groundbreaking Showtime series introduced the world to Brian Kinney, the sexiest, most damaged, abusive, no boundaries having, sex-addict you ever loved. Even though these episodes contain cheesy voice-over and an unnecessary airport scene we still LOVE IT!

Episode 14 - "I Hope We All Get Spider-Man" - The Donut crew is back in the Spiderman universe. Our second Spidey series in Season 3. We talk the adorableness of Stan Lee, the frustrations of Auto-Correct, how Spidey is actually exactly like Zack Morris, and how Hannah secretly hates Deadpool and not so secretly loves Thundra. #HotDogtoPig

Episode 13 - "Who Is Gary?" - The Donut Crew explore a sitcom even they didn't know existed. We discuss what good shape JK Simmons is in, what an acting treasure Adam Arkin is, and whether Johnny Pemberton is AWESOME or NOT AWESOME, as well as, which TV characters can never die, Hannah finally enjoying a puking scene, and the proper safety procedures for setting off fireworks indoors.

Episode 12 - “It's an ABOMINATION“ - The Donut Crew relives one of the greatest cultural disasters of the early 1990s, the ill conceived and poorly executed SAVED BY THE BELL: THE COLLEGE YEARS. Riding the massive success of the series that came before, and unaware of the success of the series that would follow, this series is the biggest misstep in the "Saved By the Bell" universe. Listen to the crew as they work their way through two painful episodes, discussing the sudden devolution of Zach Morris, the gap between the show and the REAL Saved By the Bell universe, Hannah's boyfriend list of TV boyfriends, 90s hair, whether or not anyone actually likes Screech, the sweet man inside Mr. Rogers, and the mistakes you were allowed to make when you were 15, but not 19. We regret nothing.

Episode 11 - "McKenzie is NOT the Girl From Friends" - The donuts make their very first mistake ever (not even close) when they adamantly proclaim that Emily Mortimer also played Emily on Friends (she did not). Saskia hates on the score, Piers learns facts about news, Hannah wants to go on the Sex and the City Tour. Regardless the donuts love every second of this Sorkin treat. #GreaterFool #Yosemite

Episode 10 - "He Went Full Wood" - The donuts visit Storybrooke to spend time with characters we all know and love. Topics of discussion include how GD beautiful BC is, how GD handsome Pinocchio is (according to Piers), how GD annoying Emma's Batman voice is (according to Hannah) and how hot Jamie Dornan is in uniform (according to ALL of US). A lot of strings you shouldn't pull in this series, but the costumes alone make it worth a watch. #TrueLovesKiss #HappilyEverAfter

Episode 9 - “Mr. Rosso Is The Best Everything” - The Donut Crew jumps back to 1980 Michigan for one of the finest teen dramas ever. Made ahead of its time, and then unmade before its time, this is perhaps the most heart a Judd Apatow project has ever had. It's a piece of television history, with a timeless respect for coming of age that will outlast references that were 20 years old when the show came out. We delve into topics such as high school politics, friendship, growing teen bodies, Jason Segel's gigantism, on-set feuds, disco (*does* it suck?) and the quiet beauty of guidance counsellor Jeff Rosso.

Episode 8 - "I Want Him To Die" - On this episode the Donut crew are back in space with a race of Lizard Aliens trying to take over earth. Topics include, but are in no means limited to: bringing people back from the dead, baby armies, first human emotions, Laura Vandervoort's stellar face acting, and for the first time ever the quiz has bonus questions! #BlanksBlank

Episode 7 - "Not Your Mom's Bikini Wax" - The Donuts have a lot to say about this ABC gem where strong ladies spend a little too much time talking boys on ill-timed coffee breaks. It's full of procedural cliches, bad graphic design, a cliff-hanger ending when they knew they were cancelled and our intrepid lead showing her brand new BF her murder room. Join the club. Episode 6 - “The Most Insane Outfit I’ve Ever Seen“ The donut crew digs into THAT’S SO RAVEN - Raven Symone’s star vehicle, and one of the most successful Disney Channel shows of all time! Raven Baxter is a teen psychic who can’t control her visions, or the disasters that happen when she tries to prevent them from coming true. A modern day Cassandra, but way, way, way more in-your-face. We talk about Raven's scene-stealing younger brother, spin-off series that break up families, not telling audiences your premise in pilots, terrible photoshop jobs, the difference in snitching between European and American schools, the proper position for brass in an orchestra, and the point where passion becomes obnoxious. The fashion is loud, and the characters are loud, but the music is bumpin’ (also loud.) The donut crew can’t say we’re on board with TSR, but we’re definitely on board with the cast. Episode 5 - "What Do You Want From Me, Show?" - The donut crew discuss the turbulence of the posh Darling family and the son of their recently deceased family lawyer, who is determined to stay away from it all (he fails miserably). We really like delinquent son Jeremy, really don’t like lead Nick, and kind of grow to like Reverend Brian. In the end, all it is is a bunch of rich assholes being assholes, all while trying really hard not to be. And we’re sort of on board with it.
