No Leigh, no problem in this episode as our friend Sara from the awesome podcast Hungry In Kentucky fills in for her. The weekly rewind has an update on the great Chipmunk war of 2020, nail polish, new cars and Carrie's mom cusses out a mask violator. We RIP an actual person and a place which also leads us in to talking about who we would call out in our obituary. We discuss alternate trophies for the Stanley Cup and why baseball might only be left with two teams. News of the Weird becomes a treasure hunt and we finally get down to the end of the right side of the Baseball Movie bracket. Finally can you smell what Take It or Leave It is cooking?!

Episode 227. Lauren talks about her Chipmunk wars and Leigh talks about hiking. Carrie talks about her quest to find pants and we talk extensively about SawStone brewing in Morehead Kentucky, We talk MLB, why the Dodgers left their cutouts in the stands the whole time and will the season finish. We talk about the merits of an electrified fence in a bar. More baseball movie bracket including a discussion about if Dottie dropped the ball in A League of Their Own.

In this episode Lauren goes to war with chipmunks, Leigh cuts off her neighbor’s internet and Carrie kind of trespasses. We call out an original craft brewery for going after a startup. If you wanted to know how many hot dogs a human can hold this is the episode for you. Carrie gets on a soap box about the state of college sports and what that means for the future of higher education. We continue with our Baseball Movie bracket and in Take It or Leave It we solve the problem of the baseball cardboard cutout and give our opinions on Nacho Table, a Fletch Reboot, Taco Bell menu items, Last Chance U and more.

After almost four months we finally have an in house guest as Hayley Harmon joins us in Fort Lewis studios. We talk about her TV show The Lee and Hayley show and also the fact that she's a Tennessee fan. We get into how she broke her co-host's Lee Cruise's shaft and what she did to correct the problem. News of the weird deals with the jerks of the bird world. We start our baseball movie bracket and Take It or Leave It has a lot of opinions. Too many laughs to put into words in this one, you’ll just have to listen.

Skype cooperated this week and we were actually to see Lauren's face while we recorded. We fall down a t-shirt hole at the beginning but climb out to talk about the 4th of July and a bear on UK's campus. Several RIPs this week including a cake. We talk competitive eating and hot dogs, Minor League Baseball's non-season and Leigh gives her unpopular opinion on the MLB. We don't understand why the NBA is trying to add another site to play games in September and News of the Weird takes us on a fake flight. An original catfish, webcam money, drive-ins, the biggest sports contract of all time and Lauren's brilliant idea for weddings round out Take It or Leave It.

Lauren joins us via regular phone instead of Skype in this one, but that's ok cause technical issues won't stop us. The weekly roundup has giving a cat medicine, space Legos and the mayor of olive hill, plus a new brewery visit. We talk about a UFC fighter who managed to go three rounds and win with a torn ACL. We end up having to talk about the topic we swore we were done with, baseball. RIP to a movie maker and a movie prop. Lauren has a mic drop moment at the end of the show that is not to be missed. Seriously, it’s the best one we've ever had.

In this episode we finally name our new segment the Weekly Rewind talking about what interesting or maybe uninteresting things we did last week. Leigh gets tripped up again and tries to find not her tooth. Carrie gets new gutters and we talk about what we get excited about as adults. Lauren waxes poetic about her birthday composter. The Belmont was weird and sad but we're glad that Nathan's Hot Dog Contest is happening. We talk about how that crowd noise during soccer matches is on your TV and Leigh's theory as to why it's being pumped in. News of the Weird brings a decade worth of pizza deliveries and we set the final eight of our football movie bracket. Take It or Leave It has edible dead head deodorant, CGI fans, more minor league baseball stadiums being not used for baseball and a questionable actress playing Princesses Diana.

In this episode, we need a new name for our first segment, Lauren gets a pool, Leigh kind of breaks herself and Carrie gets a haircut. We give up on the MLB and Leigh gives her opinion on the Sosa McGwire homerun 30 for 30. We discover that Canada has college football and New Zealand lets fans watch rugby in person. News of the Weird deals with toilet paper art, kind of and four movies go through on the left side of the Football Movie Bracket. Finally Lauren says what we're all thinking in Take It or Leave It.

In this episode Carrie drinks seafood, tomato beer combo. We discuss neighborhood associations and the entertainment of your friendly neighborhood FB page. We talk about how every sport on the planet has a plan to come back except for baseball and even if it did comeback would anyone care at this point. The pros and cons of wicker furniture are discussed in an RIP for Pier 1 Imports and we fall down a mythical creature/Leprechaun hole in the News of the Weird. Episode 219. We do get serious in the first 6 minutes of this episode as we discuss our feelings on current events and why podcasting is important to our mental well-being. From there we talk about the sports adjacent Titan Games and how other sports are trying to figure out how to come back, including our thoughts on when baseball will return. We talk what celebrity memorabilia we'd buy and what terrible song (s) we can sing all the words to on command. More of our football movie bracket and Take It or Leave It has food, sports and really terrible reality TV.

Lauren's back and we've got a variety of different topics in this one. We talk haircuts and the perils of drinking draft beer after two months. Live sports are slowly coming back so of course we had to discuss The Match and we also talk about what's going to happen when college athletes return to campus in June and what that means for college football. Our number one sub off the bench Elle fills in for Lauren in this episode. We talk what we've been doing for quarentainment, including Carrie's new awesome Fort Lewis Studio's new video game cabinet. The discussion then turns to everyone who says they want sports, but don't mean all sports, which leads us into golf and a guy who won a tournament only using a 3 dollar putter. 215 y'all and what an episode it is. Yes we are still social distancing but we found a way for Leigh to be in Fort Lewis Studios. We talk what we've been doing to stay sane including some concrete pouring. We explain why the Arkansas Derby should have never happened and why we were entertained by the Virtual Derby and why we shouldn’t crap on other people's things that are important to them. Several RIP's both human and not this week and can the MLB finally figure it out. A news of the weird update and some interesting sports and non-sports Take It or Leave It topics.

Week six and we're still here. We talk about what we're doing to stay half sane, including painting Stanley Manor Studio, actually working and haircuts. Lauren talks about why she can't ride a bike and what she's gonna do about it. Leigh and Carrie give their takes on the NFL Draft and we bring you the run down on the Major League Eating Quarantine Challenge. News of the Weird turns into Good News of the Weird with a story about a duck egg and a bra. The sweet 16 of our basketball movie bracket starts and we have possibly the worst food Take It or Leave It in the history of the show.

We moved to our outdoor studios for this episode, well until one of us had a bad internet connection and the other one got cold. Either way we've got what we're doing to stay sane, what we're watching including a TV show that premiered 21 years ago. We discuss the importance of good Wi-Fi for the NFL Draft and why a poor connection sunk two professional dart players. Taiwan is now playing actual live baseball with fake people in the stands and if you want to bet on something we break down what Major League Eating is doing. News of the Weird pushes the ejector button and we air our grievances about high school on the Take It or Leave It segment

We are still social distancing but we are bringing the content. We talk the importance of exercise and what we are doing to stay sane right now. It's Lauren's last Monday of no alcohol and she is drinking celery juice, but we still manage to figure out how to add alcohol to that. We discuss ESPN's attempt at televising a game of HORSE and lament the possible demise of the XFL. Several RIPs from the entertainment world this week. Can there still be a hot dog eating contest? Leigh asks the hard hitting questions. We get to the right side of our Basketball movie bracket and have some interesting topics in Take It or Leave It.

Just like everyone else we are still social distancing in this episode. We come up with a name for Leigh's house and talk about how we are doing. We discuss the awesomeness of the weighted blanket along with some actual sports topics, including, Coach O's divorce and the fact that the NCAA tournament has created a surplus of wings. Lauren gives a grocery update and Leigh talks about home improvement. We all get sad about no Keeneland spring meet and the RIP gets personal. We start our sports movie bracket extravaganza where we are doing 8 separate sports categories with 32 movies each to crown the ultimate sports movie. We start with basketball in this one. Take It or Leave It is grasping at topics, but we still manage to talk about the Tiger King.
