In this episode Carrie teases an upcoming secret adventure. We talk trolling in the NFL and what are the pros and cons of sitting outdoors until your team wins. We decide what we would drink out of the Claret Jug if given the opportunity and what would it take to squat a sheep. We get into a bit discussion about why people aren't attending college football games in Take It or Leave It.

Michele from Cameron Mills Radio and Tam and Leigh the KYtastebuds are live in Fort Lewis studios to break down all the hard hitting topics. Kevin gives us a rundown of his beer adventures while he's been traveling in the United States and gives us a great description of his visit to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Carrie talks about meeting someone who was named after her favorite TV show and we do talk sports including the Women's World Cup and the NBA Draft. News of the Weird is all about what we think will be the next fitness crazy (hint it's in the title of this episode). Take It or Leave It is, well it's a little game we like to play that runs down a bunch of different topics.

Leigh and Carrie are joined by no one this week, but that's ok cause they do a pretty good job of talking. Leigh discusses her upcoming vacation, seeing Hamilton and playing bar volleyball. We talk Women's World Cup and give our opinions on the US scoring 13 on Thailand and pay disparity that exists in the game. The NBA and NHL finals make an appearance.
