After right at a year, the brothers find a way to botch the opening but are brutally honest in admitting that they know nothing. Has Gabe enlisted in the Navy? Henry talks about losing an old friend in a tragic accident over the weekend and the reality of the knowledge that it could be any of us at any moment. Eventually, the brothers dig into joy and whether or not it's the same emotion as happiness or is it so much deeper than that.

When a person is in agreement in prayer with another person but is not the one praying, what are they supposed to be thinking about or doing during that time? That's right... that's what Henry was wondering while Gabe was praying, earlier in the day. As the brothers kick off their first series, they begin to discuss the fruit of the Spirit!

The brothers Mo catch another "scolding" from Father Mouze, Henry does anyway... yes we know... AGAIN. A great debate breaks out in chill talk over the idea of growth and whether we should be who we are or continue to become better, otherwise known as growth. The brothers talk about new listeners in different states and how appreciative they are! In the age we live in, it’s encouraged to be educated and as smart as possible before diving into the world. Is this true then when it comes to sharing the Gospel? Must we “level up” before sharing the Gospel or are we given free reign from the start? John 16:18; Revelation 12:10,11

The brothers Moses discuss how Paul Newman ruined Henry's life and the evidence that their parents loved Gabe more! Meanwhile, the brothers express their feelings and how they feel censored by the rest of the team. As they put their big boy pants on they discuss how when we come to Christ, we understand and appreciate the fact that it is by grace we are saved and yet, generally as time goes on and we become more mature, we lose sight of the idea of grace when we look at the world and those who have yet to come to Christ. We can be quick to judge, rather than quick to grace. If we’re to be true ambassadors of Christ, we must instead be able to make the approach from a selfless, loving and compassionate approach, rather than judging the lost. Romans 8:10

The brothers Moses get their record on! We’ve all been there in one way or another. We commit a sin and then cover it with another sin by lying. We get lazy and it leads to gluttony. The list goes on and on the downward spiral until things have spun out of control and we must ask ourselves… what just happened? Where did that come from? How am I in this hole that feels bottomless when just a day ago, I was worshipping God? What now, can I reclaim what was lost?  Psalm 51

Henry pays for his lack of wordsmithing, and his sister Jenny made sure he knew about it. Man down! Does he even speak English, or does he make up his own language on the fly? While attempting to correct himself on a word he goofed on last week, he once again stumbles over yet another word. This leads to Henry starting his “great apology tour of 2023” by apologizing to his sister-in-law. We know that many times, we think we don’t deserve what we’re getting when in fact, we deserve much worse. There was a time that something happened that we truly did not deserve, and that time was the crucifixion and resurrection of our Almighty Creator. Indeed, the closer we get to God, the more this day… or weekend… punches us right in the soul. The understanding of just how little I could do to deserve this and yet… it is there. Luke 24

It's been a TTW kind of week! The brothers are fired up for their new equipment in the TTW Pod room and for the new contest their newest partner, Sherry, put up on social media!  Are we holding back our truest needs, desires and weaknesses from God our Father, scripture tells us He already knows the things we need before we ask Him. We must be able to be honest about these things with ourselves, but are we? It’s time to look ourselves in the mirror and ask… How You Doin?! John 8:31; Romans 15:13

The brothers Mo' are fired up to get to record on a Saturday! Gabe talks about his first bout with being down with the sickness, and stops short of using it as an excuse when admitting he doesn't have his weekly Scripture fully down. Henry asks for prayers for a friend's 6-month-old daughter, Row, who has just been taken off of life support and is headed in the right direction but still needs covered in prayer.  As imperfect Christians, it’s easy to run away rather than to address problems as they arise. In being called to go into all the world and preach the gospel, a type of confrontation, it’s clear that running away is not what we’ve been called to. The question is, is there a wrong or right way to confront? Romans 8:38-39; 2 Timothy 2:15

Gabe had to take on a whole new grade in his Sunday school class and did his best not to go full on Kindergarten Cop, while informing one of the 5th graders he is in fact... a fence rider! Have you ever been jealous of someone’s relationship with God? Has their righteousness made you uncomfortable? Exodus 34:14, Matt. 13:44

Henry's still trying to get the opening down, while Gabe talks about the Gaby-bunch meeting the Texas Govna! Henry goes off on the state of the world in a rabbit trailed rant; you might even say he's just a bit "kissed off".  In our Christian walks, there are times that we’re rolling right along and in the words of Michael Buble, “feelin’ good” and then there are times when we want to kick our own tails, because we feel that we repeatedly let God down and it’s the last thing we want to do. Are we just not trying hard enough? Do we just not care? What the heck! Ezekiel 36:26-27; Romans 6:6; Romans 6:19; Romans 8:29; 1 Corinthians 15:49; Philippians 2:12-13; Titus 3:5

The brothers Mo discuss the secrecy of the Walk to Emmaus as Gabe's wife and their sister have completed their walks, and Henry breaks code and gives away a secret of the walk. Henry goes on a rant about boring ol' musicals and how no one ever breaks into song! If we love Jesus and profess Him as our Lord and Savior, we all take the walk of sanctification and somewhere along the way, we get pretty good at controlling what we let creep out through our mouths. Or maybe we get better at controlling what we look at or blowing the horn when someone makes us angry. But what about the inside? Is it a problem if the inside doesn’t match the outside and if so, where do we go from there?  Matthew 5:28; Matthew 12:34

The brothers had a quick jaunt to Virginia to see their Navy Nephew off and had a wonderful time doing! Henry talks about what a great time he had doing the podcast with Carrie. Thinking about how sin is like… a vampire, the boys discuss how accountability is a must. But with that said, it’s easy to swing too far in the other direction and forget to actually support one another in our Christian family.

What's purty awesome, a last name of Moses, has two thumbs and ISN'T one of the brothers? Well special guest host, Carrie Moses of course! Gabe had to leave town... or work his way out of the dog house, we're not sure which... and the notorious Carrie is stepping in on his behalf! Henry reveals Myles's thoughts on his accent, when it comes to the podcast, but the brothers discuss the idea that slow is actually fast while also suggesting that Myles is hearing the "slurping noises” in his head and they are not actually real; but soon after they come to realize that it's brother Gabe who's committing the crime! The brothers have an intervention for Myles... because they care, but he doesn’t. As they slide into the topic of the week, they discuss the need to digest, meditate on and to gain a deeper understanding of the Word of God, rather than just reading it and walking away without an understanding or at the least being able to remember what you just read.  Joshua 1:8; 2 Timothy 2:15; 1 Samuel 15:22-23

As Henry reflects on turning forty-seven, the brothers begin to sound like old fogies while discussing their sore joints and what it means to approach the dark side of forty.
