Mike reaches out to Coach Beast Elise to talk all things physical recovery this week.  Long term listeners would know that host Mike struggles with his weight and his overall physical fitness.  He has sustained many injuries in his life and his go to recovery has been to sit on the couch and eat potato chips.   Mike and Elise discuss where mike was mentally ready to give it all up, BeastNet, Spartan, and his race team back in September.  In January Mike made the decision that the world was not going to get him down.  He removed the negatives from his life and decided to more forward with BeastNet and his race Family.  He started going to the gym religiously and started showing up for Brother Boggs' weekly walks.
