Dr. Mark Mayfield is the Founder and CEO of Mayfield Counseling Centers in Colorado Springs, and has a heart for this community and the personal growth of individuals. Using his experience and education, Dr. Mayfield takes a closer look at how we as individuals communicate with one another, and what we should be doing to develop stronger, more healthy relationships with each other.Dr. Mayfield and Trever Shirin discuss the importance of honest conversation about subjects that we often avoid. The goal of these conversations are to equip our listeners to have more meaningful conversations and to begin to think about the next steps in developing meaningful relationships, conversations, and growing as individuals who are willing to listen to others and help those around them.
