Paradigm 360º Launched its first leadership conference for pastor's and leaders in April of 2019. The purpose of this conference was to launch our newly formed Global Leadership Academy designed to equip local church leaders with state of the art leadership training, coaching and ministry consulting. We had over 200 in attendance with national speakers from around the country. Come Join the Revolution!

Nate Salley was a keynote speaker at the Men and Women of Promise Conference, at the Gaston County Conference Center. Over 300 high school students were in attendance and it was a power packed day!

Paradigm 360º sponsored the Men and Women of Promise Conference. Over 300 leaders and 60 Paradigm 360º Coaches came together to share expertise with young people on leadership topics.

Paradigm 360º Hosted the Men and Women of Promise Conference, serving over 300 high school students. The high school students spent the day with over fifty-eight Paradigm 360º coaches and six national speakers from various parts of the country in a power pack day of leadership principals, team building and charting their course for their own personal destiny for future success.

Today's topic is part two of our discipleship series "who's Your Assignment". This teaching highlights the ministry work of Phillip and the Ethiopian Eunuch. Discipleship is a mandate for the church from Matthew 28 but many believers allow it to fall to the waste side. This teaching deals with the responsibility of the believer to not only share our faith but develop in our walk so we can develop others.

Yolanda Belin has been a part of Paradigm 360º from its beginning. During our eight year journey Paradigm's executive team has been committed to doing life with each other though a discipleship movement. Each Monday night we spend time searching through the scriptures doing life with each other like Jesus did for three years with His leaders.
