Podcast Number 95 is from Skober, recorded live from our Main Room a few weeks back from Monika Kruse's Terminal M showcase at Familia's 5th Birthday. Hailing from Ukraine, Skober is known for his unique deep-techno style. With his original musical background being Rock, and playing in Rock bans in his early youth, it is no surprise that after being infected by House vibes this young man jumped on the right wagon.

Originally from South Shields in the north-east of England, Mark Jenkyns has an ability to work a consummate mix of warm, deep house infused with ghetto-funk to create a danceability that has already captured the attention of an enviable mix of top DJs and fans alike. Podcast 93 comes from no other than Anderson Noise. A Belo Horizonte native, Anderson's career coincides with the beginnings of the Brazilian Electronic music scene. His event "Joao Carlos Martins & Anderson Noise in concert" are legendary, consisting of him, the Brazilian maestro pianist and most popular conductor of classical music in the country with the Bachiana Philharmonic Orchestra, composed of 68 musicians. Anderson has received various awards. He was voted Top DJ 2 years in a row by DJ Mag Brazil and also voted in the world's "Top 100 DJ's" 3 years running, by DJ Mag UK. Larry Tee is without a doubt one of the most outrageous artists in Electronic Music. He has shown his ability to control dance floors all around the world, masterfully DJing everything from electro house to techno and outrageous pop mash-ups & remixes. His legendary DJ status precedes him, and his fan base still can't get enough of him. In the early 2000s, Tee created and trademarked the term "electroclash" and it became well known enough that it started to appear in the Oxford Dictionary. He coordinated and managed the 2001 Electroclash Festival, which featured Scissor Sisters, 2manyDJs, Felix Da Housecat, Fischerspooner, Ladytron and Peaches, who all participated in the festival. We're thrilled to welcome Larry Tee alongside Erick Morillo, Lady Starlight, Black Asteroid on 2nd December and even more thrilled that he has prepared this exclusive mix for Egg London...

As one-third of East London’s Chase The Compass collective, Frank McWeeny A.K.A French Toast has held a strong fixture on the team since it was founded five years ago. Initially, a house and disco blog championing sounds on par with Chicago’s most respected dance haunts, the group expanded into hosting hugely popular disco nights in London. The faces behind Chase The Compass consist of Charlotte and Jamie (founders/CTC writers - Charlotte is one half of DJ duo House Husband), Declan aka Holmes Price the other half of House Husband (writer/CTC resident) and Frank as French Toast (writer/CTC resident). Together the foursome built a solid brand online, featuring mixes, reviews, and interviews with emerging and established artists from the underground scene. As their monthly parties took off in Shoreditch and Hackney, an eclectic crowd and loyal audience materialised, quickly confirming the brands status as a colourful, bombastic event accompanied by quality disco cacophony.

Holger Zilske and Kai Preussner, self-appointed gardeners, baristas and dating coaches, better known as the internationally renowned Liveact, DJ, and Producer team; Smash TV. Adopted into the Get Physical family as odd cousins 3 years ago, the duo didn’t have much of a choice than to produce their highly acclaimed long-player “Noise & Girls”. Holland's Bart Skils is synonymous with Drumcode having had multiple releases on Adam Beyer's legendary label over the years. On August 19th we welcome a true techno titan to the club for a mammoth extended set, Quartz Rec head honcho Paul Ritch. Paul Ritch’s productions and performances, characterised by his powerful and harmonic techno with a touch of pure emotive soul, represent his true signature sound – the one that has projected him to global recognition. Miffy & Miller are a duo who's age should not be judged. Proving their worth over the past few years and their maturity in music taste, they now hold a residency at the long standing and one of ibiza's most respected parties, The Zoo Project.
