Vulnerability is the strength to expose your weaknesses without expectations of outcome. It's an extremely hard process, fear stops just. Fear of judgment and proof we shouldn't trust as it's weaponised against us. This involves, being open and opening up, two very different concepts but both equally helpful in the process.
