Many gym owners when starting out will have a hard time choosing clients. You don’t have a lot of clients and it’s hard to say no to any of them even when they aren’t a good fit. However, as your business grows, you get to point when you can choose your ideal client.However, cutting ties with clients who are not a good fit is never an easy thing to do. You must hold tough conversations with them. Many gym owners dread doing this but it gets to a point where you must do it for the sake of your other clients and your business.The key to holding a tough conversation with a client is first, doing it in person and privately.
