In this episode, Tim and Randy will have a conversation with Wendy Lennon of Create Fitness 24/7 in Brisbane, Australia, who came all the way to meet with Tim and Randy so they could help her with the custom client life-cycle automation (CLA) for her gym. She has owned her gym for five years now and had left the corporate world with no previous fitness experience when she started it. Her main goal with the business was to start something that would enable her to also take care of her young family. Wendy has spent the five years of her gym ownership learning what works in the industry and she felt the need to seek the support of the ProFit team in taking her gym to the next level. Her gym is a 24 hour access gym and she decided to include training in her offering, which is what she’s looking to grow with the CLA while also affording herself some freedom from the business.
