Dean's story is not shorts of miracles but he has had his fair share of troubled times to deal with. From cancer, to losing loved ones and facing many challenges. His mindset is the best miracle of all. Dean is the living embodiment of the words don't die before you're dead. He literally went with the flow and it changed his heart, mindset and life.
