Flamedlioness

First responser are (in my book) the most giving of all. They are generally only called upon when something unfortunate event has happened. They give beyond themselves but in doing so it can the effects can take a toll on their mental health. I discuss this with Doug and Mike from the podcast the DougandMikeshow. Both being firefighters they are not shy on their experiences on and off the field of their work. From comradery to suicide to support. These two make for an interesting and much need insight in to the mental health of first responsers.
