Self doubt is a pain. It's that little voice that makes you question everything from did you turn the oven off to do I really want to continue on [insert job, career, purpose]. We know it's just a voice and 9 times 10 it's talking absolute bullocks but in many cases we listen more then we should. I talk about my recent issues with self doubt and how its been effecting my mental health with a few tips on my way to help manage it.
