In The Spot

In the world of technology we are always looking for the next best thing, something shinier, newer and faster.  Corporations and society tells us society doesn't wait, so why should you.  How does this effect us as Christians in our faith walk?  Know that God IS the ONLY THING we need!!

One week after the Trayvon Martin verdict President Obama spoke concerning the context of the plight of the African American male in America. No excuses and he asks for no sympathy either. However, he stood up to the challenge of a much needed conversation. When we are faced with the challenge of standing up for what we beleive in are we ready? You're up! 

With the lingering Trayvon Martin case just finishing, do you believe that the prosecutors & defense attorneys presented their cases effectively?  Just like the expectations of a well presented case from an attorney, witnessing for Christ should be just as effective.
