Ahead of Women's Football Weekend, Al spoke to the Albion's new Women's & Girls' General Manager, flighted in from UEFA to talk about her career so far, and her new role at Lancing.

Executive Director Martin Perry was finally allowed to retire this month after 23 years on the Board of Directors at Brighton & Hove Albion. He took out an hour of his time to talk to Ady & Al about just a small part of his time here, the people he's met, and the legacy his efforts have left behind.
