Ady, Al, Andy and Nick look back a the previous week's limited capacity friendly with Chelsea, while all four discuss the legacy of 111-goal Glenn Murray. We also say thanks to Shane Duffy, while shirt of the week comes from across the Channel.

In a week where we bid farewell to the services of Aaron Mooy and Martin Montoya, and Lewis Dunk left wondering what he has to do to get into the England squad, we spoke to Tony Kybett and John Baine (aka Attila The Stockbroker) about the attempted resurrection of beleaguered Sussex club Southwick FC. 

The Albion's Head of Media Paul Camillin joined Ady & Al on Zoom for an hour-long natter about behind-the-scenes goings-on at the Amex during lockdown for Project Restart, and looking ahead to next season. With Lewis Dunk signing (another) 5-year deal, and the club holding a forum into fans returning, and how well the new shirt is selling, Paul gave us the inside track into the club's working during the summer. Shirt of the week is down at heel... This, and much more, in one jam-packed hour.

A longer-than-usual end-of-season natter with Albion Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Paul Barber. It has been a hectic time since Covid lockdown, so Paul explains many of the things going on behind the scenes from health checks, setting up a Covid Testing Centre at the stadium, Project Restart, finances, new signings, next season, new kit and much more besides. Shirt of the Week was a Stateside effort.

Former Albion skipper Adam Virgo joined Ady and Al from London ahead of him commentating on a Serie A match. Newcastle United game discussed, plus Adam gave his thoughts on what he feels the Albion need to do in order to strengthen during the close season. Shirt of the week came from high in the Andes.

Ady and Al were joined by Brighton fan - and multi award-winning sports writer - Paul Hayward to discuss, among other things, the Manchester City thumping, the Southampton match, while running the rule over certain players for next season. Also on the agenda was fans returning next season, and the value of FFP. Shirt of the week was a local one.

A mixed bag of two games to discuss this week - the ugly win over Norwich, and the pleasant-on-the-eye defeat to Champions-elect Liverpool. Plus Ady talks about watching the game from an otherwise empty stadium, while sitting next to highly biased TV commentators. Shirt of the week is from t'north.

Roar regular Andy Bass joins Ady & Al for a look back at what happened against Manchester United, a look ahead to the upcoming games, while Al wishes he never meets anyone from the Football League. Shirt of the Week is from north of the border.

The Athletic's Andy Naylor joined Ady & Al for a post-week discussion on the Arsenal and Leicester matches, plus a look ahead to the Manchester United game. And we find out what Andy's first 10 months at the Athletic has been like. Shirt of the Week completely messed with Ady's mind.

On the day the Albion's Premier League season kind of resumes, fan-free, we talk to Darren Gallis, MD of Seagull Travel - badly hit by the coronavirus - offering us an insight into how matchday travel logistics work. Plus we hear from Roz Bassford, talking publicly for the first time about Albion hero, and her loving companion Ed Bassford.

With the confirmation of the fixtures for the remainder of the 2019/20 season announced, Ady, Al, Andy and former Albion Mag writer Bettie Furminger debate the rights and wrongs of the resumption. Plus, in a week where authority across many parts of the globe is being angrily called in question, we seek the views of a BAME fan who has lived through racism - in football and in wider society - since the 1970s for her views on moving forward from here. With the lockdown still on us (well, most of us it seems), Ady, Al, Andy and Brian discuss the short- and medium-term future of the Premier League on the pitch, with an eye to distancing, health... and how it went in Germany.

Al's favourite Roar show featured the brilliant Liam Rosenior, recovering from the thug-like challenge that caused a long-term injury. His articulacy, his passion, desire and joy of playing for Brighton, while planning his next career move, were great to listen to. Less so his singing... This show was from the weekend Brighton were at home to Aston Villa - the game where Southern Railways unilaterally stopped all trains before the final whistle.

The band, consisting of Ady, Al, Marcus Hancocks, Andy Bass and sponsor Phil Shelley all reconvened for the first Albion Roar in quite a while. Topics included Covid-19 (obviously) and the Premier League's Project Restart, Albion's best foreign imports, noticeboard (there wasn't one), and Shirt of the Week. Enjoy.

Nicola and Alex from Rise UK, the domestic abuse charity in Brighton & Hove came in for a natter to explain their work, both to football fans and to wider society.

For the very first Albion Roar of the decade, we went back three decades to talk to former Albion full-back and, later, manager Chris Cattlin. At least he didn't swear on this one...
