Now here's a guy with a lot of acronyms!  Mike served 8 years in the USMC before doing a stint as a civilian working for the USAF and the Army, before earning his MBA... oh and a Black Belt in Six Sigma!

Matt Spencer is an Active duty Marine Master Sergeant. He is the career planning director, Marine Corps Installations West.  Matt will be transitioning our of the Marine Corps in the second quarter of 2015.  Matt has and entrepreneurial vision to create a company called Successful Marines.   Through his company he will help his brothers and sisters achieve success in their civilian pursuits.

Paul has quite the eclectic past!  He served as a Deep Sea Diver in the Army for 4 years.  He worked as a commodity options trader for a while.  He taught English and Western Culture in China.  He earned his MBA at the University of MN, Carlson School of Management.
