It is the first WCW Uncensored, and it is...headscratching.  The announcers remind us that there are no rules, yet each of the matches, of course, have very specific rules. Eventually, the line becomes a joke even to the announcers, as they declare randomnly, "It's Uncensored!" as an answer for everything.  This is the night where Dustin Rhodes wrestles the Blacktop Bully in the back of a moving vehicle, but is this match as bad as it's made out to be? Is it even as bad as some of the other matches on the card? We discuss. Plus, after making Vader look remarkably strong at Superbrawl, Hogan and WCW take a very different approach at Uncensored. This week, The Doc is hot under the collar - check that, his ears have steam coming out of them - on account of Brock Lesnar getting squashed by a 50-year old has-been.  He's not shy about expanding on the reasons shared in his Lordsofpain.net account of the event, but is joined by Rich Latta from socialsuplex.com, thesportster.com, and One Nation Radio to hopefully get cooler heads to prevail.  Rich has a nice, optimistic take on the matter.  The always enjoyable duo will also answer other key questions coming out of Survivor Series, namely whether or not the format was successful enough to repeat in future years and when The Miz should rejoin the main-event scene.  All this and more!

Celebrating its 30th year as one of the company's premiere events, WWE's Survivor Series PPV will this year stand out as one of the few shows to feature the rosters of both Raw and SmackDown! Not only will the two rosters be going head to head in multiple Survivor style matches but we will also see the "fantasy warfare" matchup of Goldberg vs Brock Lesnar! Who will walk out victorious? One of the great legacy series unearthings has been the agreement that there are few, if any, stars in WCW in the early 90s who are on the level of Vader. After dropping the world title to Flair at Starrcade 1993 and having Flair refuse to job the belt back, Vader went down the card for almost a year's time. Now, at Superbrawl V, going one-on-one with Hogan, and having a matched booked to his strengths, it is clear that Vader is every bit the top star he has been. Too bad Superbrawl V will be about as close as Vader will get to being champion again. Join us, one last time, for Vader time.

The hosts of the legacy series, having covered WCW from 1988 through 1994, have already unearthed the fact that Starrcade is many times a weak PPV. Whether it's Battlebowl or the Black Scorpion magic show, Starrcade has not always lived up to its billing. Now, however, we get the first Starrcade under the reign of Hulk Hogan. Have you ever wanted to see Hacksaw Jim Duggan beat the crap out of Vader again and again? Ever wanted to hear the Honky Tonk Man's music even though he's not on the show? Ever wondered what would happen if Kevin Sullivan wrestled Mr. T while Dave Sullivan was dressed as Santa? Ever said to yourself, if there's one man who should main event the final PPV of the year, it should be the guy who cut hair in WWF and will later be the Booty Man in WCW? This week in their fan history of The Royal Rumble, Mav and 'Plan take a deep look at the "lost years" of the Rumble. Between 2010 and 2015, fan ire was provoked by a series of Rumbles which were either underwhelming or questionably booked. The boys examine the reasons for this and the trends that developed, bookending their conversation with discussion of the two excellent Rumbles either side of the fallow period (2009 and 2016) and how the event might have learnt from its mistakes over the years.
