Real Estate Coaching Guide To 2022 Goal Setting
29/10/2021 Duración: 25minFact: There are 60 days left in 2021. Fact: If you're lucky there are 28 work days left after taking out weekends and holidays. What will it take for you to finish strong? 1. Take an assessment of where you stand today. Total number of active listings? Total number of prequalified and motivated buyers? Total number of pendings? Money coming in? 2. Set goals for what you'll accomplish in the next 28 work days? -New pendings? -New listings? -Number of new appointments? Think bigger. If your goals are clearly attainable, make them outrageous instead. It's ok to fall a bit short but it's not ok to go through the end of the year goal-less or with wimpy goals. 3. Consider adding 20% to your goals. If you think you need 3 new listings, make it 4. If you need to get 3 of your 5 buyers pending, why not all 5? 4.
