    Jim Nill is the general manager of the Dallas Stars. In 2023, he was awarded the NHL's Jim Gregory General Manager of the Year Award after Dallas posted 108 points and 47 wins, their highest total in seven years. Before going into the front office, Nill was a player, selected by the St. Louis Blues in the 1978 NHL Draft. He made his NHL debut in 1981 and played a total of 10 seasons with the Blues, Vancouver Canucks, Boston Bruins, Winnipeg Jets and Detroit Red Wings.   • John Means - Baltimore Orioles pitcher on baseball, injuries, no-hitters and growing in his faith

    John Means is a pitcher with the Baltimore Orioles. He was selected in the 11th round of the 2014 MLB Draft by Baltimore and made his MLB debut in September 2018 against the Red Sox at Fenway Park. In 2019, he won 12 games and was named to the American League All-Star team.  In 2021, Means was selected by Baltimore to be their Opening Day starting pitcher. On May 5, 2021, he threw a no-hitter against the Seattle Mariners, striking out 12 batters while facing the minimum of 27 batters. In 2022, Means only pitched two games before undergoing Tommy John surgery.
