In last week's podcast I shared a lot about a client who didn't see his own progress which affected his confidence and clarity of why we should continue meeting with me. Once I helped him see his progress, which included the fact that he DID have more confidence in himself, his abilities and experience, he saw his progress and it changed his perspective. It was a really COOL moment! I've had other coaching clients recently where I helped them speak up! Step INTO their greatness, which definitely was stepping OUT OF their comfort zones! They realized how much experience and expertise they had. As someone described what I do one time, "You help people realize their BADASSNESS!"  Much of my time with my clients IS helping them see progress, their greatness, all they have to offer and yes... their BADASSNESS

I challenged all my clients, and you listeners to the 100 Days to Finish the Year Strong. So - how did it go? ALL of 2018? I achieved all but one of my goals. I travelled for work, finished my third book, The MAGIC PILL, and lived up to my "word of the year"
