Today's thoughts were in conjunction with the BLM protest that happened today in Leeds.

How do you know if someone is into you like you're into them in this lockdown period? Do you feel like it's always you doing the messaging and getting nothing back or begging it?

We all have internal battles between the good we want to show and the darkness we want to hide. You dont have to though not at all!

How have you found keeping fit in isolation?

Some people just want you in their life just for convenience and nothing more but will act like they do just to keep you inside.
