And the first football club of the world would be formed. 150 years later, the world's greatest would meet the world's first, and the club would be one of two who would receive the FIFA Order of Merit. It would be thanks to club Chairman Richard Tims who would help realize the importance of preserving a club like Sheffield FC - a history that can be actively exist for the community now, and generations beyond.
