Cory And Katie Talk About Stuff

Our long awaited 7th episode! We start by digging into where we last left Katie - on the precipice of grad school - and how that may have a hand in our discussions going forward. While The Oscars were a little less than a month ago, we still have a lot to say (and in time honored C&KTAS fashion - we talked about them before they aired) - and we think what we say is still pretty relevant. Since it's still March, and the most likely contenders for nominations for this November are still in the race, our thoughts on the campaigns and their current tiresome moods have never been more relevant. Episode 5: Taylor Nation :: After an unexpected summer vacation, C&KTAS is back for episode 5! This time it's all the performer, and the phenomena, of Taylor Swift. We recorded after having just seen her live in Seattle, so our adoration is at its peak. (We recorded this before Ryan Adams' "1989" was released, but we have thoughts on that record too!) // After we spend 30 minutes discussing T. Swift, we roll into our mind grapes. Katie discusses her return to BLOODLINE and I discuss how I was preparing for fall TV to start, we both discuss summer series UNREAL. // Did You Know: In Alaska it is illegal to whisper in someone's ear while they're moose hunting.

Episode 4: It's ok to be a human with a human body! In this episode Cory & Katie stick with discussing just one topic: body shame, body positivity, and fat positivity. It's a big loaded topic for a lot of people and we more than easily filled nearly an hour of time discussing it. We finish the show with our mind grapes, covering everything from being introduced to HBO classic series SIX FEET UNDER to first thoughts on Apple Music.
