Boing Boing: Live at the Zoo, Fortitude Valley, 4th May 2024 Boing Boing (or Boingas) are Rock'n'Roll band hailing from Far North Queensland and currently based in the Gold Coast. They’re into Australiana, rugby league and rock'n'roll. On the 4th of May 2024 they put their hand up to open for The Radium Dolls at The Zoo for the Dolls’ ‘Legal Speed’ album tour. We recorded all of the bands who performed that evening and this set from Boing Boing is the first cab off the rank. Knee: Live at the Bearded Lady, West End, 9th February 2024 Knee is a Meanjin/Brisbane rock'n'roll powerhouse on their opening leg of their career. Sharing members with local eggy punk band Midgee, Knee are a live experience akin to seeing Motörhead performing before they blew up. We caught Knee on tape at The Bearded Lady in West End supporting Metdog with Midgee on the 9th of February 2024.
