And today's topic is something I've been noticing in a lot of entrepreneurs and new clients, and that's about being anchored and grounded in what is happening. Currently. Most people seem to tend to stay out of their bodies to stay into the future or to hack, ways of the past. And when you were dealing with ways of the past, there's no way to move ahead into the future that you imagined that you wish for, that you desire that is in your visioning. That is the manifestation of what you want to achieve. And being grounded means that you're here, you're in your body, you're in the present. You can feel your breath, you know what's going on. As far as the lakes and the, and the freedom and the flow in your body, they often do to talk about this in yoga. However, when we get into our business, we forget to bring those concepts forth and into our moment in and moment out choices into the multiples of phone calls, we get into the volume of emails into the zoom meeting

It gives us a lot of Clues along the way and it gives us a lot of Heartache because we definitely live more from the unconscious than we do from choice groundedness anchoredness in our body and our surprising decisions in our unconscious are that we actually move away from things that are going to help us achieve our goals faster and sooner. That's really tricky and interesting we move toward things that are about more feels and about being seen and the really interesting thing about our unconscious is it gives us little clues about decisions that we're about to make yet our logical brain comes and steps in and says no no wait wait wait wait. I remember this one client who came to me years ago I met her after I'd done a speaking event and I met her at the back of the room she said oh my God I swear to God you were talking to

Hey everyone Sheevaun Moran here Driving For Your Success and you have a container that you are in so that container is multi-layered meaning we're on a planet it has a container and has a sphere right we're inside of a sphere we're on a sphere and then we have our own energy container that we're sitting inside and every time you have what I call Poopy thoughts what occurs is that container that you're sitting in gets filled up with all those goofy thoughts. One of the things that occurs is then you'll have an outburst of anger or fear or a repetitive pattern that shows up that you swear that you dealt with or what you will find is you have to have some sort of physical ailment or a health thing that comes up in order to get that stuff cleaned up out of that container. Now what I teach is how to deal with the stuff in that container so you don't have those things happening because generally what occurs when we're going through life is the more poopy stuff that's inside that container the more we tend to get N
